Anthony N. Salvia, 35, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed Dec. 18 by state police. Ivan Luciano Plesakov, 23, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed Sept. 7 by state police.
