Editorial: Don't chip away at Virginia's DUI laws

Mark Peake, R-Lynchburg, who had voted to kill the original bill, unexpectedly came up with a more limited version, one that specifically says the state's DUI laws do not apply to “any person driving or operating a motor vehicle on his own residential property.” The Senate quickly passed that version.
