Long Sentence in Fatal DUI

A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to 8-20 years in prison for a DUI crash that killed two people in 2016. A Ford F-350 being driven by Justin Freund went onto the shoulder of Interstate 80, and rear-ended a Pontiac Grand Am that was disabled on the shoulder of westbound Interstate 80.
