Ketchum woman gets probation, jail for felony DUI

At the change-of-plea hearing, Judge Ned Williamson told Arial that the maximum penalty for felony DUI is 10 years in state prison, a $5,000 fine and a four-year driver's license suspension. The mandatory minimum penalty, he said, is 30 days in county jail and a one-year driver's license suspension.
