During the week of Feb. 19-25, Hawaii Island police arrested 28 motorists for DUI. Two of the drivers were involved in a traffic accident. The number of arrests by district were: Kona, 11; South Hilo, nine; Puna, five; Ka'u, North Kohala and South Kohala, one each.
