Wealthy art dealer Robert Blumenthal hasn’t paid one penny to support his infant daughter, the girl’s mother, Karina Magruder, told me.

“I’m broke. I cleaned out my 401(k) and sold every asset, including my jewelry,” she said. “I’m couch-surfing with a baby. We’re on government assistance.”

Blumenthal, whose family made a fortune in Miami real estate, has a gallery on the Bowery and travels around the world, documenting his jet-setting lifestyle on Instagram.

“He has numerous houses, numerous cars, and he won’t pay child support. It’s unbelievable,” Magruder said.

Blumenthal sued her in Miami in April, a month before she gave birth, for interfering in his business life because she had told his colleagues of her pregnancy.

“If you know of any other man who sued a pregnant woman for telling people she is pregnant, have him call me,” said Magruder, who has moved to have the case dismissed.

Blumenthal’s lawyer, Donald Schuck, said, “Mr. Blumenthal is complying with all his obligations.”

The unhappy couple’s next court date in New York is March 29.
