A man who lives on the city's Lower East Side is facing charges after he allegedly ran from a vehicle rollover in Union Township. State police allege that 26-year-old Jalen Quintele Jones Sr. of 715 E. Main St. was the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe that he had falsely reported stolen from outside of a tavern.
