Animal cruelty suspect charged with second DUI in Augusta County

MIDDLEBROOK - A Greenville man accused of starving a dog to death last year has been been arrested for driving under the influence twice since his October arrest on animal cruelty charges, court records show. Following his second DUI arrest Sunday, Gary L. Killingsworth, 63, remains in jail.
